The Microsoft Azure platform has opened new doors for businesses, and the possibilities are almost endless. Solutions of all kinds have been built on Azure, allowing companies to take advantage of cloud capabilities such as auto-scaling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence securely and affordably. In order for Microsoft’s customers to realize the full potential of their cloud investments, Microsoft launched its IP Co-Sell program. This program allows both Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners and Microsoft to address the business challenges our joint customers are facing in a structured way through market-leading Azure-based solutions.
Becoming Co-Sell Ready
Becoming a Microsoft IP Co-Sell partner requires a detailed review of the ISV’s solution by Microsoft. First, the regional Microsoft Partner Development Manager reviews the technology and architecture to make sure it is a solid offering for the Microsoft customer base. Next, they perform a commercial evaluation to gain a clear idea of the target market and customers the partner wants to address so Microsoft’s account team can open discussions with customers that can benefit from the solution.
“Our two-step process is very thorough, giving our sales ecosystem as well as our end customers the assurance that the proposed Azure-based solution has been discussed with Microsoft. Currently we have about 20 Belgian ISV solutions co-sell ready, which puts C4T in a unique position if you look at the hundreds of ISV solutions that exist,” shared Eric Martens, Senior Partner Development Manager at Microsoft Belgium.
Now Available on AppSource
C4T passed both reviews with flying colours and is now part of this IP Co-Sell Program. Azure subscribers can find CAS, a customs compliance solution on AppSource, Azure’s online solution catalog. In addition, CAS is listed in Microsoft’s worldwide internal catalog, allowing account representatives to easily understand more about the solution to better assist their clients. As C4T builds out its self-boarding capabilities, CAS will eventually be available for purchase directly on AppSource as well.
“CAS has been identified by our team as co-sell prioritised based on the quality of the solution and potential to solve a real business challenge for our customers. We see a lot of business value in the CAS solution for customs compliance,” said Martens.
