The HR department at C4T set a goal to obtain the Great Place To Work Certification in 2024 and to revamp our company values. We began the year by launching our updated values to better reflect our company culture. These values were developed through interviews with our employees, followed by a vote to narrow down ten possibilities to our final four company values. These values embody our company's identity, what we believe in, and what our employees can expect.
And it doesn’t stop there. We will continue to work on improving by reviewing the feedback from our employees, analysing the results of the survey, and taking actions based on them. Combining this with the further implementation and activation of our company values, we hope to make C4T an even Greater Place To Work.
