Our C4T Core Values
Our offices
We have offices in Mechelen, Belgium and in Wigan, UK along with many other remote workers across Europe.
Our selection process
The first step is to send in your application and resume/CV via our applicant tracking system. This gives us a little bit of background to see if there is a preliminary fit. We understand that communication is key when it comes to your career and we make it our goal to get back to you promptly after each step of the selection process so you know where you stand.
Your first interview is with our People team. This is an initial screening check where we review your work history, high-level technical skills, and motivation for pursuing a position at C4T, along with practical aspects like availability and salary requirements. This interview is conducted via a video call and generally lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour.
The next step is an interview with the team lead and representative team members. These peers will be assessing technical proficiency and cultural fit and may run through some role-playing scenarios with you. This is also your opportunity to ask questions about what it is like to work for C4T, what “a day in the life” may look like, and the expectations should you become a C4Ter. This is a highly interactive interview and we encourage open and honest communication!
The final step of your interview process is a meeting with the member of executive leadership most closely related to your potential role. This will involve a final review of skills and cultural outlook to make sure there is a match.
We will check the references you have provided to verify your skills, performance, knowledge, and work history.
If there is unanimous agreement among the interviewing parties, we will present you with an offer and schedule a video call to review practical details and answer any questions you may have before you make a commitment.
Should you accept our offer, we look forward to welcoming you! We onboard new C4Ters every two weeks, beginning with a welcome breakfast, orientation, and meeting your colleagues. We’ll then hand you off to your team over a fun and casual lunch. Your team lead will prepare a clear plan to guide you through your first weeks and you will find your new colleagues open to lending a hand. #weareinthistogether
