ISO Policy Statement

Customs4trade’s (C4T) quality and information security policy is designed to satisfy the demands and requirements of the company’s stakeholders in the best way possible.

Quality Policy Statement: 

Customs4trade’s (C4T) sets the standard for next generation of customs management using a digital-first approach to make compliance convenient, simple, fast and cost-effective for our clients. We are committed to helping organisations go beyond compliance to make customs and trade a strategic component of their growth. 

We are dedicated to continually improving the performance of our quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements to enhance customer and stakeholder satisfaction. 

C4T will ensure the security of the information regarding all existing and future activities in accordance with its security level. 

Quality Policy Objectives 

Our quality and information security policy is designed to: 

  • Satisfy stakeholder demands and requirements effectively; 

  • Ensuring the appropriate resources are available and infrastructure is in place to effectively deliver all services and processes, including people, IT, tools, documentation and test environments; 

  • The advancement of the quality of our products and services; 

  • Continuously improve our management system for information security, harmonized with ISO 27001:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. 

How we plan to achieve our objectives 

  • Establish a framework for determining and continuously improving quality and information security objectives. 

  • Monitoring, measuring and reviewing the performance of the Quality Management System and its associated processes based on our quality objectives;  

  • Continuously monitoring and maximizing customer satisfaction, information security, safety, and employees' well-being;  

  • Foster a high level of information security and stimulating employees’ awareness with regard to quality;  

  • Provide the essential resources to maintain and ensure constant improvement of the management system;  

  • Sustaining the fulfillment of requirements determined through applicable legislation;  

  • Preserve the management system in line with the terms stipulated in the ISO-27001:2017 and ISO-9001:2015 standards.  

 This Quality Policy is reviewed annually, as part of C4T’s quality management review programme, or as required to recognise the changing needs and expectations of relevant interested parties. 

This Quality Policy is made available to all members of the C4T team as well as interested parties, clients and customers.
